Fulfillment

One order or ten thousand, out the door

Orders picked from the racks, packed the way you want them to arrive, and shipped on negotiated carrier rates under your name rather than ours.

Packing is part of the brand, so we treat it that way

A shirt that shows up loose in a battered polymailer undoes the money you spent making it look good. What the box looks like when it opens is the last thing your customer experiences, and it is the part most decorators hand back to you.

We fold on two automatic folding machines, poly-bag, sticker by size and barcode, hang tag, and assemble kits by hand where a kit is what the job needs. Every order blind ships, so the return address is yours.

Bagged and sealed at the bench

Folding runs on two automatic machines. Bagging, tagging and sealing are done by hand, because a crooked hang tag or a loose seal is the first thing your customer notices when the box opens.

What happens when an order lands

Pick

Pulled from a numbered location against the order, not hunted for.

Pack

Folded, bagged and packed to the spec agreed for the program.

Kit

Where the job is a kit, assembled and sealed by hand.

Ship

Labeled and out on negotiated rates, blind, to one address or many.
