Does the cost quoted include tax and shipping?

Michigan sales tax is additional. Shipping charges are also additional unless your order is a picked up.

Is there an  invoice in the box?

All invoices are mailed if your order is being shipped or delivered. If you pick up your order, we will provide the invoice at that time.
